chipotle cashew queso

a tangy, spicy, creamy sauce that tastes great on tacos, eggs, or straight with a spoon.


- 1 c. raw cashews

- 1 heaping tsp. minced garlic

- 2 heaping tbsp. nutritional yeast

- 1/2 tsp. cumin

- 2 tsp. chili powder

- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1/2 tsp. cayenne

- 1 tsp. hot sauce

- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

- 1/2 c. hot water


in the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients. blend on high until smooth. add more water if you want a thinner sauce, and more cayenne/chili powder if you want more of a kick!
